Balance and Strength Classes

We are proud to introduce our new Balance & Strength Class. Classes are supervised & run by a physiotherapist & help to improve balance, strength, fitness & mobility.

If you have recently had a fall or feel unsteady on your feet, this class is designed to help rebuild your strength & confidence.

Classes are held every Wednesdays from 2pm-2.45pm
