GaitScan Now at Kardinya Physiotherapy

GaitScan Now at Kardinya Physiotherapy

GaitScan is a state of the art computer hardware and software system used to record and analyse the biomechanics of your feet as you walk or run across a force plate.

The scan produces a report and 3D image of the pressure distribution under your foot.

This detects any abnormal foot function with a level of detail impossible to see with the naked eye.

We can then use this to isolate the cause of your condition and whether the problem originates in the foot or from higher up at the knee or hip.

Symptoms of poor foot biomechanics include:

  • Forefoot, arch, heel and ankle pain
  • Shin splints
  • Knee pain
  • Hip or back pain
  • Bunions or hammer toes

If you feel you could benefit from a detailed foot biomechanics analysis, some professional footwear advice, or would just like a check-up of your orthotics click here to book in now.

The key to being PAINFREE could be right under your feet
